Brian and his family are the most conscientious breeders I've known. they are careful to match the puppy's disposition to the family and keep you updated with pictures and videos as the puppies grow. I love my puppy . She was nearly housebroken when I got her at 10 weeks. I am not a hunter but she has very strong tracking instincts - fun to watch. I highly recommend Fidler's Farm - They truly care about their dogs and the homes they place puppies in.

We love our Fidler’s Farm Vizsla!! Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and this resulted in a wonderful experience from the first inquiry to the day we received our pup!! Our dog has a great temperament, is strong and healthy and is a great addition to our family! We highly recommend Fidler’s Farm!!

We bought our 2nd Vizsla (first from Fidler's) a little over a year ago. Piper is now almost a year and a half old and we could not be more in love with her. The process/relationship the Fidler's gave us with Piper was absolutely second to none. We were impressed with the original phone conversation as well as the application process to ensure we received the dog that worked best with our family. No detail was missed. Not only did we enjoy the pictures of the pregnant momma...we loved the pics and videos of the litter and the growth before we could make her our own.

There has been follow up since then and we are nothing but proud to show her off. Physically she is quite impressive...15 pounds heavier than her 4 year old "step-sister". Demeanor wise she is quite the easy dog. She loves to play and loves to please...and loves to take over my pillow if I allow her on the bed!

When the time comes to get another Vizsla there is no hesitation with my family that we will once again use Fidler's.

About a year ago I got my first Vizsla (named Todd) from Fidler's Farm. I have always wanted a Vizsla and I searched long and hard to find a good breeder, and I finally stumbled across the Fidlers. They were very easy to get ahold of and were there to answer any questions along the way. Before I was able to take my pup home they updated me with many pictures and videos of all the puppies growing up. I have now had Todd for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. He is SO handsome, smart, and lovable. I get comments everywhere I go with him about how good looking he is. He is very intelligent and easy to train because he picks things up very fast. He is the biggest cuddler and after our daily exercise he loves to just lounge and nap! I truly couldn't have a better dog from a better breeder. :)

After the premature death of our Vizsla, Bella, we started a search for a breeder within 400 miles. Health and temperament were the most important factors in choosing a breeder. Fidler Farms matched this criteria exactly. After discussions with Brian, he understood what we wanted in a puppy and was able to match from a Sammy & Diesel litter. With Brian & Stephanie's assistance we choose a male "Arlo". He is now 10 months old and the picture of health. He responds to training readily. Not a day goes by where someone doesn't comment on how handsome he is. Most impressive was the job the Fidlers did in socializing the puppy. The whole process was seamless.....we received video updates weekly.
I highly recommend Fidler Farms, and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

We first met Brian and Stephanie Fidler as we were searching for a Hungarian Vizsla Breeder. We have dear friends who have one and love him! So we went on our search. We were so impressed with Brian and Stephanie from the beginning. They were very responsive to all our questions via email or by telephone. Once we decided to get a puppy, the process was painless. What we loved is that they took video's of our boy Caleb being born all the way through to when we picked him up. He is the best dog, his temperament, health, intelligence and confirmation are excellent. He loves people and is so friendly and loving (because they socialized him). We are so happy with our boy and we highly recommend Fidler's Farm to anyone who wants a great dog! Here he is at 11 weeks old! Don't you just want to hug him?

We absolutely love the pup we bought from Brian and Stephanie. They were great to deal with since our initial phone call to them just inquiring about the breed. There was no pressure from them to buy a pup. They actually recommended me calling other breeders and doing more research before we buy a pup. We absolutely loved the weekly puppy update videos. My kids were able to watch their puppy grow up. Our pup is everything we wanted and more. When we are ready to get another pup we will definitely be calling Brian and Stephanie.

We’ve gotten a second Vizsla from the Fidlers and spent time with them at their family home. They are great people and breed wonderful dogs! We love our two V’s- Rosie- 31 months, Maddi-10 months.. they have great dispositions, personality’s, energy, health and have great hunting qualities... most of all, great family dogs, which was our first priority! They are everything a Vizsla should be!! When we need more Vizslas, the Fidlers will be our first choice!!!

I was introduced to the breed in 2014 when I purchased my first Vizsla from Fidler’s Farm. From the start of the process Brian and Stephanie are dedicated to raising quality, well socialized, intelligent healthy pups. They do an amazing job matching the pups to the needs of the family, I.e. companion dog, hunting dog. Our female is now almost 5 years old and is an important part of our family. Recently I decided to get a male pup and for me there was no other choice than to go back to Fidler’s Farm! I continue to be very pleased with the time Brian will take to answer my questions, share videos of the pups as they grow before leaving mom, and the quality of their breeding. Hands down I would recommend them if you are looking to get a V. They are able to fly the pups and make the process very easy for their clients so don’t shy away if you live outside Missouri. I’m in Texas and had both of my pups flown to me with no problems at all. Thank you Fidler Family!

We cannot recommend the Fidlers enough. Brian was very communicative and informative throughout the waiting time of being able to bring our new puppy home. This is our first vizsla and we have fallen in love. Copper will be 1 in January and we are already wishing we could get another puppy. She is such a joy to our entire family. Thank you Fidlers!

We lost our Vizsla, Wilbur, way too soon in July 2014. What a personality that boy had! We figured after the first of the year in 2015 we were ready for another Vizsla. One Saturday I was searching online and came across the Fidler's website. After grinning at all the pictures, we called. Stephanie called back shortly. They didn't have any puppies but had one eight month old male. That sounded perfect for us. We went the next day to check him out. We took a friend as another set of eyes.

Brian took the guys out to see what the pup was made of. When they came back in, I knew we had our newest member of the family, Henry. Stephanie had a to-go bag for us, complete with his favorite toys and puppy food to get us until the next day. They provided his shot records and AKC papers.

They were a pleasure to work with. Stephanie worked with our vet to verify vaccination type etc.
The environment is definitely family friendly and caring. They followed up with us to ensure all family members were happy, and wanted pictures. We would recommend them to anyone who loves the breed, or doesn't yet know they do.

I found Fidler's Farms through the internet. I spoke with Bryan many times through out the process of deciding to purchase a puppy. I was very pleased after speaking about the selection process and decided to go with them. My pup Veni is almost 6 months old now and is fantastic. She has a great natural demeanor and is always playful. She is curious and likes to explore on her own. We just put her out in the field for the first time to run around and get the scent of quail. Her natural instincts show right away and the more she found the more excited she got. We had spoke about what kinda of dog I was looking for and he hit it on the head. I couldn't ask for a better pup.

I found the Fidlers online and was also directed to them from another vizsla breeder who had a full reservation list for their pups. Brian called me back immediately and we spoke several times on the phone. We've had three vizslas in our past so going with an out of state breeder where we couldn't visit their home or meet them to get a feel for who they are as people was a little scary. I felt immediately upon speaking with him that he was a decent man and seeing how involved his family is with their dogs, this is a family affair for sure and the amount of love and care they show is palpable! They keep up with videos and pictures throughout the whole process, the kids are constantly holding and loving on the pups. We received a puppy- Rosie, from the "fury, Ragin" littler and have had her since July 2! She was honestly the most chill pup we've ever had, she was so accustom to being handled, played with, wasn't afraid of anything! Now at 5 months, she's blossomed into such a fearless, beautiful, athletic, SMART, her temperament is perfect, and she'll be a great little hunter! She is our family pet first and foremost. The Fidlers have clearly produced wonderful dogs! He worked with us on every level, even delivered Rosie to us having their sweet daughter hold her the whole way on their road trip to Colorado for a family getaway! Not the usual but it meant a lot to us and was fabulous to meet a large part of the family! Very good, sweet people and I believe their hearts are in the right place when it comes to these fantastic red dogs! Yes, I recommend the Fidlers!

Our Vizsla pup, Sasha, was born in May 2016. We are constantly amazed at her energy, intelligence, and devotion to all of her family. The Fidlers raised a well-socialized puppy who is fearless. Sasha loves people, other dogs, and cats. She is easy to train and has excelled in her first puppy obedience class. Sasha does need time and space for ample exercise, but we anticipated and desired a high-energy dog. She's already a wonderful addition to our family.

We found the Fidlers on line when thinking about a vizsla , they were so helpful with our many questions. We have owned several labs and German shorthairs over the last 25 years and have enjoyed them for pets and hunting. After the loss of our older dogs we were ready for a puppy, we were so curious about vizslas and the Fidlers told us all we needed to know about this breed, and we knew they were the right breeder for us! Our sweet Hattie was born in January and we got pictures and some video to keep us updated. We were so excited
to get her in March , she fits our family perfectly , she is full of energy and has a big personality and she is ready for anything all the time!!! We could not be happier with our Hattie and our experience with the Fiders

I have the privilege of sharing my life with 2 female Fidler Vizslas from the breeding of Cali and Hooser.  I grew up with Vizslas and always have had them around during my adult life.  When my last set of Vizslas passed away from old age, I didn’t think I would be able to replace them—to find some other dog as smart, athletic, skilled, loyal, and loving.  I researched and interviewed dozens of Vizsla breeders, but was never quite satisfied.  Then a hunting friend of mine suggested the Fidler family.  The Fidlers and I shared several emails and phone calls.  Brian and Stephanie seemed as interested in who their puppies would go to as I was in where my puppies were coming from.  I decided to go with the Fidlers and have never regretted it.  In fact, I bought two puppies from them.  The Fidlers make you feel part of the family.  They send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the pregnancy, birth and first 8 weeks.  They spend time and energy trying to match the pup’s personality with the traits I was looking for in my next dogs (and they were spot on).  My dogs are about a year and half, and they are incredible.  I mean it.  There coloring is perfect—rust (not too red), with lighter patches on the shoulders.  They have no white spots.  Their height, weight and boxiness are idea.  They are so athletic, smart (too smart?), and loving.  They have great noses and were quick to train.  They work hard, play hard, and cuddle up to me and love hard.  When we are out running around, they literally smile.  Seriously.  They get complimented by other Vizlas owners and other birddog owners.  I couldn’t be prouder or happier with my girls or the Fidlers.  In a couple of years, I will be buying another pup from them—this time a male.  I feel truly blessed to have found the Fidler family and to have my two Fidler Vizslas.

I have a pup from the breeding of Diamond and Macie. He is absolutely fabulous. Smarter than a whip. Brian and his wife were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their constant videos of the litter and their socialization of the pups is invaluable. Knute, as my pup is called, is pointing like a bandit, birdy as all get out and a great companion. I would highly recommend any pup from Fidler's Vizslas.

My sweet baby girl Harlan, was born on December 13, 2014. My journey to getting her began long before that. I researched and spoke with Vizsla breeders in every state in the Southeast for months. We already have a 10 year old male Vizsla so we were very specific in what we wanted in a dog. I came across the Fidler webpage and decided to reach out to Brian in November about their upcoming liter. From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew I had found my breeder. Brian and Stephanie are so wonderful; from the moment I decided to move forward with a deposit I have stayed in close contact with them. I split my residence between Alabama and Georgia so Missouri is a good 12 hours away from me. They constantly kept me updated with pictures of May-C while pregnant and then once the puppies were born I was constantly getting videos and pictures of my girl. It was amazing to get to see my puppy grow from the day she was born up to the day I got her at 8 weeks old. Now at almost 8 months, I still stay in close contact with Stephanie. I text her pictures and videos of Harlan. Brian and Stephanie have been more than I could ever want in a breeder; they genuinely care about their dogs even once they are with their new families and I think that is great.
Harlan is everything you could want in a Vizsla. She is smart, observant, goofy, energetic, snuggly and strong willed. We got her as a companion who will go bird hunting a few times a year but it is instinctively bred into her. She loves birds. She is constantly watching birds and pointing even as a young pup before we began any type of field work with her. She comes from an entire blood line of field champs (all of her brothers from this liter went to field trial homes). She is very smart and is eager to learn and eager to please.
I could sincerely rave about Brian and Stephanie for days because they have been so great. I am happy that I found them and I would highly recommend them as a breeder.

After searching for a quality Vizsla breeder for several months, we were lucky to come across the Fidlers. They communicated with us constantly throughout the process, from several updates prior to whelping to weekly video posts after the puppies were born. Our kids loved watching the puppies grow up.

The Fidlers did a great job picking out the perfect puppy for us. We were looking for a family companion rather than a bird dog. Stephanie recognized that a couple of the puppies had calmer demeanors and would be perfect for our family. They provided lots of videos so that we were able to pick the right one for us.

Our only regret is that we didn't get to meet the Fidlers and their family in person. We live in TX while they are in MO. However, we still had a great buying experience. They were responsive and very helpful. They shipped our puppy to us and didn't mark up the shipping and crate costs like most other breeders do.

All in all, this was a great experience and we highly recommend the Fidlers, whether you are local or hundreds of miles away.

I was looking for a great hunting dog, but, first and foremost, we were looking for a great family dog. I called Brian and drove to spend time with them and the whole family. We spent a day with them, after seeing what a great family they were, and, how integrated the dogs are with their family, I was sold! After picking up our pup, I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed by a line of dogs, or, a breeder. They have always been there for any questions. I can't recommend the Fiddlers enough. Thank you for everything! Troy

I was referred to the Fiddlers from a very good friend of mine who is an avid bird hunter and dog trainer. He told me that the best vizslas he had ever seen were owned or breed by the Fiddlers. They breed and train dogs to compete and be successful on a national level. They strive to breed the best bird dogs possible without sacrificing personality and temperament. I have spent an incredible amount of time with Fiddlers and their dogs: training, playing with pups, simply standing around talking, and could not be more impressed. I could not be more pleased with my pup or my experience with the Fiddlers. I would recommend them and their pups to anyone looking for an extremely high caliber hunting dog, field trial dog and companion.

The Vizsla breed was new to us. When searching the internet for dog breeds I put in the qualities we wanted and Vizsla popped up. The more I read the more I fell in love with the breed. Next step was finding a dog. We started looking for a rescue but no luck. In this search we came across Fidler's Farm. We copuldn't have asked for a better breeder. These guys love their pups. We enjoyed watching the videos and seeing the pups grow. Our pup Molly is a fantastic dog. She is great with the kids (1 yr- 12 yrs), she is the best running partner, and my 12 yr old takes her for bike rides. We are not hunters but she has it in her. If a bunny, bird or critter is brave enough to enter our back yard she points it out and goes after it. We are thankful for the Fidler's and thrilled with our Vizsla. Thank you Brian and Stephanie!

We were privileged to meet Stephanie and Brian, and when I say privileged, I mean it. My wife spoke to Brian over the phone, and knew immediately that these were the people we wanted to work with. Stephanie and Brian have been extremely helpful from the beginning and currently assist us with training. They have walked us through the entire process of being newbies in the Vizsla world.

We were able to visit the “mom”, Cali, while she was still pregnant. And we did stop by a couple of times to visit, also to get a feel what the Vizsla breed would be like. You could see the care and wonderful approach Stephanie and Brian took towards breeding. Stephanie’s knowledge and excitement in breeding genes, and Brian’s field training and hunting knowledge rounded each other out so well, that is made us feel confident in our choice to go with Fidler’s Farms.

We were able to talk to both and let them know what we were seeking as a companion. Stephanie and Brian were kind and listening to all of our “requests”. They were very supportive and walked us through our expectations and explained the breed’s capabilities, and the Dam’s and Sire’s predisposition.

Weeks down the round, we were greeted with Logan. I have been around dogs my entire life, personally and professionally and I am amazed how intelligent Logan is. This is proof that Stephanie’s and Brian’s carefully selection in the breeding process pays off.

Brian introduced Logan to birds immediately. Logan’s drive was amazing!! As soon as I got him home, I would take him training in the fields with quails. It was just intriguing to see how much he enjoyed looking for and finding the birds. You can see his nature instincts at work. What a beautiful thing to watch.
Logan is part of the family. His demeanor, is that of his mother’s. A gentle soul, loving. He is a great companion, and a wonderful addition to our family.

Months after Logan came home, I am lucky and still see Stephanie and Brian. Brian is currently helping me, a newbie at bird hunting and dog training, in getting Logan ready for bird hunting in the near future. It is a blast! Fidler’s Farm is the best decision we made!

I highly recommend Fidler’s Farms!!!!!!!!!

Our pup from Brian and Family has already exceeded our expectations. This whole process has been fun and very thorough. From selection to first meeting our pup, things went exactly as Brian said they would. Temperament and hunting drive is also absolutely as promised. Let's not give Brian all the credit though! It is more than obvious that his breeding practice is very much a family passion. There could be no other way these puppies come home so affectionate and well socialized. Not sure why the rating scale stops at 5.....Fidler's Vizslas rates a 10 in our book.

Our Vizsla is over 6 months old and the first dog I've had since I was a kid. We are local to Fidlers Farms and the Fidler family constantly updated us with pictures and allowed us to come over and see our puppy. I'm honestly not sure if there is a better family in general. The dogs.... beautiful. Very well taken care of. I don't recall the last time I had him out I didn't receive at least one compliment. Our boy Hunter has exceeded every expectation. We are a very active family. 8 weeks old Hunter was doing fantastic on the trails keeping a solid pace 2-3 miles. Now, obviously I need my Trek. He is smart obeying commands with consistency. Leash hasn't been needed for some time when riding or running.

I know when Breeding, close attention is being paid to the matches so the attributes are of the highest quality. Rather you are looking for a companion or hunting dog, you'll know what you are getting. Even if you have to wait a bit for yours, its worth it.

I am so thankful that I found Stephanie and Brian at Fidler's Vizsla's when I was looking for a companion. Bones (Fidler's Bone of Contention) had early on shown an extremely strong tie to people, an even stronger urge to please and had become Steph's "baby".

We got Bones when he was 18 months old, fully house trained and full of energy. We bonded immediately, and he was fully trusting within a week. We have grandchildren ranging from 9 months to twelve years, and Bones is just fantastic with all of them. He loves to play, but his play is gentle and age appropriate. The three that are 2+ love having "Bonsey" sit with them.

While I don't hunt with Bones he shows his strong hunting instincts every time we're out and about. He's focused and attentive, has a strong nose and loves exploring. Bones has become my almost constant companion, riding in the truck, Jeep or hot rod with his nose in the wind and ears flying. He's my buddy, and Fidler's is the first place I'd go for a Vizsla if I were shopping. They have improved the line with their breeding process, and their pups are top notch across the board.

When we began our search for a vizsla dog, we did a lot of research. We talked with various breeders and kept coming back to one. The one breeder that kept our attention was Fidler's Farm for many reasons.

Brian and Stephanie were always available to answer questions and to guide us in our selection of our new family member Chili. They won our trust with the first conversation about us possibly obtaining one from the 6-8-13 litter. We were elated to get the news that we were going to be selected to purchase one.
They kept us up to date on every part from birth to daily activities of the young pups through videos. And if we had any questions about certain ones in the litter they were prompt in their personal responses either by direct phone calls or texts.

It was a huge leap of faith for us to obtain a dog over such a long distance. We had always found our dogs locally. But this time we were definitely looking for a specific breed and there are not many of these dogs in our part of the country. We know without a doubt that our experience with these breeders was a perfect match.

As Chili has grown, the Fidler's remain in close contact with answers about her development and training methods. My husband has been successfully training her to retrieve ducks. We also have Chili as a companion dog for our child. Chili has not disappointed us in the duel roles she has in our family. These dogs are very smart and excellent temperament. And also very affectionate. They strive to please when given routine training. We found the key in training is consistency and repetition. The hardest part in training her has been in training our daughter who is six to verbalize the same commands to Chili as we instruct in our expectations. But that was a easy milestone to cross now we are all on the same page.

We would highly recommend the vizsla award winning bloodlines of these dogs to anyone that is looking for a vizsla puppy to purchase.

Jetta is everything we wanted in a dog and more. Neither my wife or I had seen a Vizsla or heard of them before we researched dog breeds and Jetta is 100% Vizsla. Everything we have read about the breed Jetta has done or displayed. I bring Jetta to work with me during the day. I run an engraving/machining company and Jetta loves running around the shop. She greets customers like it is the last person she will ever see. She is a huge hit with the the other employees as well as regular customers and delivery guys. It is amazing how she follows me around the shop constantly. No matter how many times I get up from my desk she will always follow. At home she is a cuddle bug. She cannot wait for my wife to sit down on the couch so she can cuddle. As soon as she sees her blanket come out she goes right for the couch.

Thanks again for sending us Jetta. She is the perfect dog for us.

We can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful Hobbs is (we kept his name)!!! He has the best personality- he is laid back, playful, attentive, sweet, and just awesome! Hobbs is a little over 6 months old and weighs 49lbs. He is very obedient and everyone that comes to the house comments on how wonderful he is! He is our 3rd “child”; the boys treat him like a brother. They are constantly wrestling/playing together and Hobbs is so gentle with them. And if they are not playing together, Hobbs is laying right beside them. He is a mommy’s boy though and will be with me if the boys are not around! We are an active family and Hobbs loves to be outside with us. We have four-wheelers and go on rides around our property and Hobbs loves to run with us! He also loves to dig in the dirt and sand with the boys! I can’t find the video, but I have video of them all digging together and it is so cute. He likes to play in the water too. The boys love to walk in the stream on our property and catch crayfish and salamanders and Hobbs LOVES to get muddy and run down the stream splashing and playing. Hobbs also loves to point birds, and butterflies, and leaves blowing! He has even caught two sparrows in his mouth! We have had him out training with pigeons and pheasant wings and he does really well. Hobbs is such a wonderful dog and we are so blessed to have him! We can’t thank you enough for our Hobbs!

I have owned Vizslas for 20 years and compete in national field trial events. My dogs are also family companions that are hunted regularly. During my field trial competitions I have gotten to know Brian, his family and his dogs. When it came time to add a new puppy to our family after having seen all the top dogs in the country we choose to take a pup from Brian.

If your looking for a elite bird dog that can be an amazing pet you have found your breeder. The only thing better than a Fidler Vizsla is the Fidler family. As my mother use to say "those are good people".

Brian and Stephanie are very knowledgeable on the Vizsla breed and understand what it takes to raise and breed quality hunting dogs. They care for each of the puppies as if they were their own. We have a dog from the Fiddler's, he is well behaved and eager to please. He is very attentive and follows commands well. He sits for hours watching the birds in the backyard and cannot wait to get out and go.

Besides hunting he adapted and became a loyal member of the family immediately. He will play fetch until you are tired of throwing the ball. He is kennel trained, but when out for exercise he stays close. When my daughters are in the backyard and I am not close by he will not leave their side. With the dogs from the Fiddler's you get the best of both worlds, hunting and family.

Brian and Stephanie - Thank you for an awesome dog!

The Fidler's went above and beyond what a typical breeder would do for a client. My family spent an entire Sunday afternoon with Brian, Steph, and their kids visiting about dogs, working dogs, and just plain good conversation. It is evident that they take their dogs serious as well as raising quality pups out of great bloodlines. Their dogs aren't just their hunting buddies, and field trialers, but also part of their family. They take NO short-cuts in producing quality pups.
After I spent several hours visiting with the Fidlers and they knew what I was looking for, we settled on running a couple of started pups to see what my family liked the best. What we came home with has been nothing short of spectacular. Cash is a bird finding machine and absolutely great pet and friend.
We look forward to working with Fidler's Vizslas in the future to add another fine Vizsla for our home.

Brian and Stephanie have great vizslas. Dogs with a great personality and tons of drive in the bird field. I would recommend a pup from Brian and Stephanie to anyone wanting a great dog.

I have purchased a puppy from the Fidlers and could not be happier with my puppy. She is extremely sweet and calm in the house. Very very smart, and extremely trainable. In the field, she is quite the specimen. She has tremendous run and style and I simply cannot be happier with this dog. I have had my hands on other dogs that the Fidlers have bred, and have found them to all be extremely biddable, smart, and stylish. I cannot recommend their litters high enough. I know that the litters will be raised in a family environment, that is respectful of the animals. Most importantly, I know that the pups will be raised in a loving, family home that will make excellent members of the family. The pups will be very well socialized and properly raised. They are not a puppy mill, but rather a family that occasionally breeds extremely high quality vizslas. They compete with their dogs and win with their dogs at a National level. Both Stephanie and Brian are extremely knowledgeable in the breed and the training that is required to be able to compete at that level. And yet, Brian and family still take the dogs out and hunt with them as well. They have high expectations of their dogs and know that their dogs can meet their expectations.

I would recommend the Fidlers' and any of their pups. If you would like to discuss anything further about the Fidlers' their pups or anything else, shoot me an email and I would be happy to discuss things further.

We love our dog Sage! She is very smart, with an excellent temperament, and she is loved by the whole family. It is great working with the Fidlers. They are always willing to answer questions.
